IOA reports on the EAACI/GAČLEN training course in Food Allergy held at Hindsgavl Castle, Middelfart, Denmark.
The aim of this course was to update clinicians and other health care professionals involved in the diagnosis and treatment of children and adults with food allergy. The focus was on the practical aspects of diagnosis and treatment.
